2015 - 2016 Swimming Levels/Programs

 

Sessional – 10 week session (same program as Tiger Shark Group)

Session #1 – September 15 to November 21

Session #2 – November 24 to February 13

Session #3 – February 16 to April 30

The Sessional Program is designed for swimmers who are new to the sport and for those who do not wish to compete at swim meets.  Swimmers are eligible to participate in two workouts/week, including dryland training.  Please refer to the Tiger Shark schedule below for training times 

The Tiger Sharks (2 workouts/week)
